We can and do guarantee:

1. We will respond to your phone calls quickly.  We normally return all client calls within 24 hours.  We will guarantee that we will return your call within 2 business days or we will refund your fees for the current project.

2. We will take responsibility for our mistakes.  We rarely make mistakes on any work that we do.  However, we are human and sometimes mistakes occur.  If that happens, we will refund your fees.

3. We will commit to a completion date for your tax returns and other projects.  If we fail to complete your work in a timely manner, we will waive the fees.
